Mastering Engineer Luke Gilfeather          TheMasteringStudio.com is a Nashville based mastering studio that has met the budgets and exceeded the expectations of hundreds of artists, musicians, and producers.

          TheMasteringStudio.com was formalized by Luke Gilfeather in 2004. Mr. Gilfeather has been a professional audio engineer and technologist since 1993. He holds a degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA. He has years of training as an electrical engineer and professional experience as a computer systems administrator. Gilfeather serves on the executive committee of the Nashville chapter of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) and is active in the field of audio education.

          Mr. Gilfeather has been a staff recording engineer and has managed  and maintained several high-traffic recording studios in Miami, FL.  He has also  instructed basic and advanced sound recording, music production, and audio systems maintenance at Miami Dade College, Miami, FL as adjunct faculty. Currently he instructs Audio Engineering at Belmont University, Nashville, TN.  He managed RCA Victor Studio B in Nashville and currently manages the Quonset Hut Studio (Columbia Studio B) and Columbia Studio A on Muisc Row in Nashville. He has been administering TheMasteringStudio.com since it’s inception.
